La création d’extensions n’était possible qu’en agrandissant les parties enterrées.
L’enjeu a été de faire entrer la lumière jusqu’au niveau le plus bas du sous-sol
Création d’un volume important en hauteur et en surface qui a permis d’intercaler une mezzanine (salle de sport et spa) par laquelle la lumière naturelle passe.
La mezzanine est ouverte sur une piscine intérieure.
Création d’un jardin vertical écologique de 200 m2.
