Transformation of a Haussmann residential building built in 1876 into a luxury office building. Renovation, extension, recovery of sub-works on 5 levels. Valorization of lost spaces in the basement: creation of a cafeteria and meeting rooms benefiting from new natural lighting. Staff, moldings, cornices, fireplaces and parquet floors make up this Haussmannian rewriting. All of the office furniture and lighting was custom made.
